Synopsis

NGC a.k.a. Northern Group of Composer (Pertubuhan Seni Gubahan Lagu Pulau Pinang), is the short name for the union of song composer groups in northern region of Malaysia. 21st "Golden Frontier Award" Song Composing Competition is one of the largest song composing competitions throughout Malaysia. The competition is opened to whole Malaysian; there are Open Category and Secondary School Category. Main objective is to use song composing as a method to encourage the team spirit and pushing local song composing to higher standard.
